The long awaited release of STFU! is here! 15th August 2018

Exactly one year after pre-production began, STFU! has been released to the public on YouTube.

Issues with sound delayed the release, but this was finally sorted out by Rhys Jones at Watchers Productions who managed to overcome the issues and supply us with a release.

Pre-production begins!  23rd April 2018

Our latest project, HUMAN RESOURCES, has entered pre-production. Featuring the incredible acting talents of Ellen Jane Thomas and James Morgan.

Production is due to begin, May 2018.

Novel Adaptation - Feb 2018

Richard has been commissioned to adapt a novel into a feature film screenplay and 10 part series.

The lead cast are in now in place and ready shoot! The new series from showrunner Luke Walters at Cinescope Productions.

Big Rich Productions owner Richard Williams has written episode 3 and will directing the same.

THAT'S A WRAP - 21.11.2017

Today we wrapped production on a dramatised documentary that is based on the life of World War 1 soldier, David Erasmus.

Featuring the sublime acting talents of James Morgan, Rob Murphy, Maria Palios-Potts and Sam Cook.

Day no.1 of filming! - 08.05.2017

Today marked the first day of filming "A Day For Kelly" which has been written by and is being produced by Richard Williams of Big Rich Productions.

The cast includes Justine Jones, Rebecca Donovan Morgan, James Morgan and many more!

New short film - 13.04.2017

The Interviews is a situational comedy written and directed by Richard Williams. This film is a collaboration with film makers Nigel Streeter, Andrew Davies and Fritz O'Skennick and is being made in conjunction with the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff.

First feature for BRP's new division - Cambrian Horror Films - 06.04.2017

A Day for Kelly is a gritty vampire themed film which has been written by Richard Williams. Princple photography begins May 2017.

TV Appearance - 21.03.2017

Writer and Director Richard Williams of the short film "The Ballad of Melinoe" will be appearing on Made In Cardiff. Sky Channel 134 on Thursday March 30th to discuss the film.

Festival News! - 07.02.17

Completed feature script "The Reckoning" has been awarded semi finalist status in the American Screenplay Challenge (dramatic category) at the Sacramento International Film Festival and American Screenwriting Conference being held in Sacramento, California between April 22nd and 30th 2017.

First Public Screening - 06.02.17

That's Not Funny had it's first UK public screening tonight, 24 hours after being shown in Atlanta at the Days of the Dead International Film Festival.

The screening took place at the Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff during their monthly "moviemaker evening". The film was extremely well received by the audience with gasps aplenty in all the right places.

Script Commission - 18.01.17

I've been commissioned by Cambrian Pictures and Anifilic Studios to write a feature script that will be shot in Wales in the Spring.

Official Festival Selection - 02.01.17

The first short film that I both wrote and directed, "That's Not Funny", has been officially selected for the 2017 Days of the Dead Independent Film Festival in Atlanta USA!
